The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the order appealed,
which was entered by a district court, is not an order that is appealable of right to this Court. MCR
7.203(A)(1)(a). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an appeal in the proper circuit court. See
MCR 7.103.
Because this Court is without jurisdiction over this appeal, all other motions in this case
are also DISMISSED.
