Currently still pending before the Court are the Motion for Leave to File an Amicus Brief
and the Motion for Leave for Amicus to Participate in Oral Argument filed by Michael C. Walsh
on December 2, 2013, in Case Nos. Misc. 13-03, 13-04, 13-05, 13-06, and
13-07. On January 27, 2014, the parties in the above-captioned dockets filed a Stipulation for
Voluntary Dismissal of Action. Accordingly, the both Motions are denied as moot.
