## ORDER

BEFORE:

Chief Judge Sentelle*, Tatel*, Garland, Brown, and Griffith, Circuit Judges;

Chief Judge Lamberth, Howell, and Wilkins, and Boasberg, District Judges.

By order dated June 13, 2012, Acting Chief Judge Judith W. Rogers dismissed
complaints filed against Judges of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of
Columbia. On July 16, 2012, the complainant filed with the Judicial Council a petition for
review of the order of dismissal. Upon consideration thereof, it is

ORDERED, by the Judicial Council, that the Acting Chief Judge's dispositions are
affirmed and the petition for review is denied pursuant to Rule 19(b)(1) of the Rules for
Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings.
