## ORDER

BEFORE:
Chief Judge Garland*, Tatel, Brown, Griffith, and Kavanaugh Circuit
Judges; Chief Judge Lamberth, Howell, Wilkins, and Boasberg, District
Judges.

By order dated April 23, 2013, Chief Judge Garland dismissed a complaint filed
against a Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. The
complainant filed an addendum to the complaint on May 7, 2013, and a petition for
review of the order of dismissal on May 13, 2013. Upon consideration thereof, it is

ORDERED, by the Judicial Council, that the Chief Judge's disposition is affirmed
and the petition for review is denied pursuant to Rule 19(b)(1) of the Rules for Judicial-
Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings.
