### ORDER

BEFORE:

Chief Judge Garland*, Tatel, Brown, Griffith, and Kavanaugh,

Circuit Judges; Chief Judge Lamberth, Howell, Wilkins and Boasberg,

District Judges.

By order dated March 18, 2013, Acting Chief Judge Henderson dismissed a
complaint filed against a Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of
Columbia. On April 22, 2013, the complainant filed with the Judicial Council a petition
for review of the order of dismissal. Upon consideration thereof, it is

ORDERED, by the Judicial Council, that the Acting Chief Judge's disposition is
affirmed and the petition for review is denied pursuant to Rule 19(b)(1) of the Rules for
Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings.
