*Pursuant to 5TH CIR. R. 47.5, the court has determined that
this opinion should not be published and is not precedent except
under the limited circumstances set forth in 5TH CIR. R. 47.5.4.
2
Before KING, HIGGINBOTHAM, and DAVIS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:*
Charles Mason appeals the summary-judgment dismissal of his
42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against defendants. Mason contends that
defendants were deliberately indifferent to his serious medical
needs. We have reviewed the record and the briefs on appeal and
AFFIRM the magistrate judge’s grant of summary judgment for
essentially the same reasons articulated by the magistrate judge
in Mason v. Bowles, No. 3-95-CV-0136-BD (N.D. Tex. filed Nov. 4,
1996).
AFFIRMED.
