PER CURIAM:
William O. Cornick, Jr., appeals the district court’s orders dismissing his complaint
filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 12101-12213
(West 2013 & Supp. 2019), and denying his motions to alter or amend and file a second
amended complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Cornick v. Bass, No.
1:19-cv-00217-AJT-TCB (E.D. Va., Aug. 6, 2019 & Dec. 2, 2019). We dispense with oral
argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials
before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
