It appears that the caption of the Court's Not Precedential Opinion filed on August 6, 2003
incorrectly identified the appeal as originating from the United States District Court for the District of
New Jersey. As the appeal originated from the United States District Court for the Western District of
Pennsylvania, the opinion is amended to correctly reflect the district of origin.
It is noted that the amendment is purely clerical in nature and in no way changes the substance
of the Court's opinion.
