captions of the opinion and judgment entered in the above-entitled appeal are amended to
reflect that the appeal came from the United States District Court for the Eastern District
of Pennsylvania. Insofar as this amendment correcting a clerical error has no substantive
effect on the outcome of the appeal, any deadlines calculated from entry of the Court’s
judgment shall continue to be calculated from August 8, 2003 when the judgment was
initially entered.
