O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the not-precedential opinion and judgment filed
in this Court on May 12, 2004, be amended to substitute the designation “District Judge” for
“Trial Judge” immediately preceding “Honorable Thomas K. Moore” on the face pages of both
documents, and to remove the words, “United States” immediately preceding “District Court of
the Virgin Islands...” which appear on the face page of both documents and in the first sentence
of the judgment.
