This cause came on to be heard on the record from the United States District Court
for the District of New Jersey and was argued on June 6, 2002.
On consideration whereof, it is now here ordered and adjudged by this Court that
the order of the District Court of January 5, 2001 be and hereby is vacated in part and this

matter is remanded to the District Court to reinstate the award to K & B in the amount of
$597,849.00. Costs taxed against appellee.
All of the above in accordance with the Opinion of this Court.
