By its own motion, the Public Employment Relations Board
(PERB or Board) hereby ORDERS that the hearing in State of
California (Department of Personnel Administration), Case No.
S-CE-273-S, be stayed pending the Board's decision in State of
California (Department of Personnel Administration), Case. No.
S-CO-62-S. Case No. S-CO-62-S is now before the Board on
appeal from a PERB regional attorney's dismissal. This action
is taken in the interest of economy, in that the cases are
related and will be consolidated should the Board reverse the
dismissal in Case No. S-CO-62-S.
