1 Die Revision gegen das Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichtshofs Baden-Württemberg vom 16. Februar 2011 ist nach § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO wegen grundsätzlicher Bedeutung der Rechtssache zuzulassen. Die Revision kann dem Senat Gelegenheit geben, den Anwendungsbereich der Kostenerstattungsregelung des § 89a Abs. 3 SGB VIII zu klären.
