1 Die Revision gegen das Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichtshofs Baden-Württemberg vom 4. August 2009 ist nach § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 VwGO wegen grundsätzlicher Bedeutung der Rechtssache zuzulassen. Die Revision kann Gelegenheit zur Klärung geben, wie § 82 Satz 2 und 3 SGB IX sowie § 22 AGG auszulegen sind, wenn eine einem Schwerbehinderten gleichgestellte Bewerberin mit Blick auf ihre Examensnoten nicht zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch eingeladen wird.
