The Federal Constitutional Court corrected an obvious error in the reasons of its judgment of 6 December 2016. In the first sentence of margin number 377, the date '8 December 2010' was replaced by '28 October 2010'. Die offenbare Unrichtigkeit im ersten Satz der Randnummer 377 des Urteils des Ersten Senats vom 6. Dezember 2016 wird dahin berichtigt, dass dort das Datum "8. Dezember 2010" durch das Datum "28. Oktober 2010" ersetzt wird.
