The Court may determine distinct values where the provisional procedure has a substantially lower practical and legal weight than the principal matter. The assessment is discretionary and reviewable only within the limits of statutory valuation principles; the concrete fixing in the individual case reflects that differentiation (cf. reasons, especially consid. 1).
