The Federal Constitutional Court, sitting as a chamber, did not admit the constitutional complaint for decision. The complaint was directed against a Federal Fiscal Court order that had followed a Fiscal Court Cologne judgment. The order is final and not subject to appeal.
§ 93d Abs. 1 S. 3 BVerfGG; non-admission of a constitutional complaint by chamber order without reasons. A chamber may decline to admit a constitutional complaint for decision in summary proceedings; the decision need not contain reasons. Such a non-admission order is final and not appealable.
