Der Antrag der Klägerin vom 11. März 2013 gegen den Senatsbeschluss vom 6. März 2013 wird zurückgewiesen.

1 Eine einheitliche Kostenentscheidung war nicht veranlasst. Bei Erfolglosigkeit beiderseitiger Rechtsmittel kann jedes dieser Rechtsmittel kostenmäßig gesondert beurteilt werden (Baumbach/Lauterbach/Albers/Hartmann, 71. Aufl. § 97 ZPO Rn. 36).
