Tenor

Auf die Revision der Beklagten zu 1. wird - unter Zurückweisung der Revision des Klägers - das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Köln vom 15. Januar 2015 - 8 Sa 31/15 - aufgehoben, soweit das Landesarbeitsgericht die Berufung der Beklagten zu 1. gegen das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Köln vom 29. Januar 2014 - 3 Ca 9865/12 - zurückgewiesen hat.

Auf die Berufung der Beklagten zu 1. wird das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Köln vom 29. Januar 2014 - 3 Ca 9865/12 - abgeändert, soweit es der Klage stattgegeben hat.

Die Klage wird insgesamt abgewiesen.

Der Kläger hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.
