Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 463,66 Euro brutto nebst Zinsen von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz der EZB seit dem 9. August 2013 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
