Auf die Revision der Beklagten wird das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 29. Juni 2012 - 6 Sa 668/12 - aufgehoben.

Auf die Berufung der Beklagten wird das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 9. Dezember 2011 - 11 Ca 2077/11 - abgeändert.
