Auf die Revision der Beklagten wird das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 30. November 2012 - 6 Sa 1511/12 - aufgehoben.

Auf die Berufung der Beklagten wird das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 26. Juli 2012 - 6 Ca 1490/12 - abgeändert.

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Klägerin hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.
