Tenor

Auf die Revision des Beklagten wird das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Baden-Württemberg - Kammern Mannheim - vom 18. Mai 2010 - 14 Sa 18/10 - aufgehoben.
Auf die Berufung des Beklagten wird das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Mannheim vom 13. Januar 2010 - 13 Ca 63/09 - abgeändert und die Klage abgewiesen.
Der Kläger hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.
