Zusammenfassung

The Federal Labour Court dismissed the defendant's revision against the judgment of the Lower Saxony Regional Labour Court. The court noted that the parties had waived findings of fact and reasons because of a parallel leading case. The defendant was ordered to bear the costs of the revision.
