The Federal Labor Court dismissed the plaintiff's revision against the Baden-Württemberg Regional Labor Court judgment and ordered the plaintiff to bear the costs. The decision was issued without a statement of facts or reasons pursuant to Section 313a(1) ZPO.
Art. 313a Abs. 1 ZPO; omission of findings and reasons in the judgment when the court deems it permissible; if the revision is dismissed, the court may dispense with a statement of facts and reasons under the statutory conditions. In the present case, the Federal Labor Court dismissed the revision and limited itself to the operative part, with costs falling to the unsuccessful appellant.
