Zusammenfassung

The Federal Labor Court dismissed the plaintiff's revision against the judgment of the Baden-Württemberg Regional Labor Court. The court dispensed with a statement of facts and reasons under Section 313a(1) ZPO. The plaintiff was ordered to bear the costs of the revision.
