Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.051,98 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz nach § 247 BGB seit dem 15.03.2010 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte kann die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
