Tenor

  1. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.622,17 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweils gültigen Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.03.2012 zu zahlen.

  2. Es wird festgestellt, dass die Beklagte verpflichtet ist, auf die seitens der Klägerin verauslagten Gerichtskosten Zinsen gemäß § 288 I S. 1 BGB seit dem 09.01.2012 bis zur Beantragung der Kostenfestsetzung nach Maßgabe der Kostenquote zu zahlen.

  3. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte mit Ausnahme der außergerichtlichen Kosten der Streitverkündeten, die diese selbst trägt.

  4. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
