Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 2.448,61 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz aus 480,17 Euro seit dem 01.03.2012, aus 148,23 Euro seit dem 27.03.2012, aus 381,27 Euro seit dem 10.04.2012, aus 120,78 Euro seit dem 16.05.2012, aus 1.248,28 Euro seit dem 02.06.2012 und aus 69,88 Euro seit dem 07.06.2011 sowie außergerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von insgesamt 124,65 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 03.08.2012 zu zahlen; im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Klägerin zu 9,8 % und der Beklagten zu 90,2 % auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für die Klägerin jedoch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
