Tenor

  1. Die Beklagten werden wie Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Kläger 198,45 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit 30.01.2008 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

  2. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben die Kläger zu tragen.

  3. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Beide Parteien dürfen die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 Prozent des aufgrund des Urteils zu vollstreckenden Betrags abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 Prozent des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrags leistet.
