The Federal Assembly granted federal guarantee to articles 52(3)(6) and 65(2)(8) of the revised constitution of the canton of Unterwald-le-Bas, which had been accepted by the Landsgemeinde on 1990-04-29. The decree was adopted on the basis of Article 6 of the Constitution and the Federal Council's message of 1992-08-31. It was declared not subject to referendum.
Art. 6 Cst.; federal guarantee of cantonal constitutional provisions; the Federal Assembly may accord federal guarantee to provisions of a revised cantonal constitution accepted by the competent cantonal people’s assembly, where the constitutional prerequisites are met and no incompatibility with federal law is found. The decree granting guarantee is not of general applicability and is not subject to referendum (consid. not applicable in the text).

vu l'article 6 de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 31 août 19921), arrête:
Article premier
La garantie fédérale est accordée aux articles 52, 3e alinéa, chiffre 6, et 65, 2ª alinéa, chiffre 8, de la constitution du canton d'Unterwald-le-Bas, acceptés lors de la landsgemeinde du 29 avril 1990.
Art. 2
Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
