The Federal Assembly adopted the 1992 budget decree for the Swiss Federal Railways. L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse,
vu le rapport et les propositions du Conseil d'administration des Chemins de fer fédéraux, du 18 septembre 1991;
vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 23 octobre 19911),
arrête:
Article premier
Les CFF ne sont pas tenus, de 1992 à 1994, à fournir une contribution aux dépenses d'infrastructure.
Art. 2
1 Le budget du compte des investissements (2174,7 mio. de fr.) est approuvé. Après déduction des contributions de tiers et de divers produits (72,6 mio. de fr.), une somme de 2102,1 millions de francs est mise à la charge des CFF.
2 Le budget du compte de résultats d'entreprise, qui accuse un déficit de 107 millions, les charges atteignant 6336,3 millions et les produits 6229,3 millions, est adopté sous réserve des modifications suivantes, adoptées par le Conseil fédéral:
La Confédération renonce à verser une indemnité de 22 millions pour les mesures tarifaires dans le trafic-voyageurs, le déficit devant rester inchangé.
Les CFF sont chargés de réduire d'au moins 26 millions les charges d'infrastruc- ture.
3 Le budget relatif à l'effectif du personnel (38 802 postes) est approuvé.
Art. 3
Il est pris acte du plan à moyen terme des Chemins de fer fédéraux pour les années 1993 à 1997.
Art. 4
Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référen- dum.

Approval of the SBB investment budget for 1992
