The Federal Assembly adopted a federal decree authorizing a construction credit of CHF 19,850,000 for installing the Romandy seat of the Swiss National Museum at Prangins Castle in Vaud. The decree expressly states that it is not of general applicability and is therefore not subject to referendum.

L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 85, chiffre 10, de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 17 août 19831), arrête:
Article premier
Un crédit d'ouvrage de 19 850 000 francs est ouvert pour l'installation du siège romand du Musée national suisse au château de Prangins VD.
Art. 2
Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au réfé- rendum.
