Vu l'enquête n° PE08.017216-BUF instruite par le Juge d'instruction de l'arrondissement du Nord vaudois contre C.________ pour vol, contrainte et violation de domicile, d'office et sur plainte de N., vu l'ordonnance du 23 septembre 2009, par laquelle le magistrat instructeur a prononcé un non-lieu, frais à l'Etat, vu le recours interjeté par N. contre cette ordonnance, vu les pièces du dossier; attendu que par lettre du 30 octobre 2009, le conseil de N.________ a déclaré retirer son recours,
