T.________ withdrew his appeal on 12 April 2014 against an order of the execution-of-sentences judge. The Criminal Appeals Chamber of the Vaud Cantonal Court took formal note of the withdrawal and removed the matter from the roll. It held that the withdrawing party would normally bear the appellate costs, but, considering the circumstances, it exceptionally left the CHF 220 court fee to the State. The decision was issued in camera and notified to the appellant and the criminal authorities involved.
Art. 386 al. 2 let. b CPP, Art. 428 al. 1 CPP, Art. 423 CPP; withdrawal of an appeal and costs: upon valid withdrawal, the appellate court takes note thereof and strikes the case from the roll. The withdrawing appellant is deemed to have failed and ordinarily bears the costs, but the court may exceptionally depart from that rule and allocate the costs to the State where the circumstances so justify (consid. 1-2).

Art. 386 al. 2 let. b CPP La Chambre des recours pénale prend séance à huis clos pour statuer sur le recours interjeté le 10 avril 2014 par T.________ contre l’ordonnance rendue le 10 avril 2014 par le Juge d’application des peines dans la cause n° AP14.006682-TDE. Elle considère en fait et en droit : 1.Par écriture du 12 avril 2014, T.________ a déclaré retirer son recours contre l’ordonnance rendue le 10 avril 2014 par le Juge d’application des peines, au motif que la situation s’était éclaircie. Il convient dès lors d’en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle.
2 - 2.La partie qui retire son recours étant considérée comme ayant succombé (art. 428 al. 1, 2 e phrase CPP [Code de procédure pénale du 5 octobre 2007; RS 312.0]), les frais de la procédure de recours, constitués en l'espèce du seul émolument d'arrêt, par 220 fr. (art. 20 al. 1 TFJP [tarif des frais judiciaires pénaux du 28 septembre 2010; RSV 312.03.1]), devraient en principe être mis à la charge de T.. Toutefois, compte tenu des circonstances, ils seront exceptionnellement laissés à la charge de l’Etat (art. 423 CPP). Par ces motifs, la Chambre des recours pénale, statuant à huis clos, prononce : I. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours. II. La cause est rayée du rôle. III. Les frais d'arrêt, par 220 fr. (deux cent vingt francs), sont laissés à la charge de l’Etat. IV. Le présent arrêt est exécutoire. Le présent arrêt peut faire l'objet d'un recours en matière pénale devant le Tribunal fédéral au sens des art. 78 ss LTF (loi du 17 juin 2005 sur le Tribunal fédéral – RS 173.110), cas échéant d'un recours constitutionnel subsidiaire au sens des art. 113 ss LTF. Ces recours doivent être déposés devant le Tribunal fédéral dans les trente jours qui suivent la notification de l'expédition complète (art. 100 al. 1
