U.________ appealed against an opposition decision of the cantonal health and accident insurance control body. Before the court ruled on the merits, the appellant withdrew the appeal in two submissions. The Cantonal Court of Vaud, Social Insurance Court, therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no judicial costs be charged and no party compensation be awarded.

2 - Vu le recours formé le 7 mai 2009 par U.________ à l’encontre de la décision sur opposition rendue le 7 avril 2009 par l'Organe cantonal de contrôle de l'assurance maladie et accidents (ci-après : OCC), vu la réponse du 8 juin de l'OCC, vu les déclarations de retrait du recours envoyées par les recourants les 18 et 22 juin 2009, considérant qu’il y a lieu de rayer la cause du rôle par suite de retrait du recours, selon la procédure de l’art. 94 al. 1 let. c LPA-VD (loi vaudoise du 28 octobre 2008 sur la procédure administrative, RSV 173.36), qu’il n’y a pas lieu de percevoir de frais de justice, la procédure étant gratuite (art. 61 let. a LPGA [loi fédérale du 6 octobre 2000 sur la partie générale du droit des assurances sociales, RS 830.1]), ni d'allouer de dépens (art. 61 let. g LPGA et 55 LPA-VD; cf. aussi art. 50 LPA- VD).
