Zusammenfassung

The appellant challenged the State Council’s resolution approving the municipal zoning plan, but at the hearing of 25 August 1999 withdrew the appeal. The Territorial Planning Court held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal removed from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or costs would be levied. The decision contains no substantive review of the zoning plan approval.
