The appellant challenged a March 25, 1998 decision of the Ticino State Council concerning a formal forest-zone determination. On May 25, 1998 the appellant's representative withdrew the appeal. The Territorial Planning Court held that the case had become moot and struck the appeal from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or costs be charged.
