Zusammenfassung

In a planning appeal before the Ticino Territorial Planning Tribunal, the parties met at a site hearing. The municipality accepted to further investigate the contested zoning questions with the cantonal planning section and with the appellants' involvement. The court recorded this agreement and suspended the proceedings, expressly providing that they could be resumed at the request of a party.
