Zusammenfassung

The Territorial Planning Tribunal of Ticino dealt with an appeal against the State Council's approval of a zoning plan. Before the tribunal decided the merits, the appellants' representative filed a written withdrawal. The tribunal held that the case had become moot and struck the appeal from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or costs be charged.
