Zusammenfassung

The Tribunal of territorial planning in Lugano dealt with an appeal against the approval of the inventory of buildings situated outside the building zone. After the appellant informed the court on 19 February 1996 that the appeal was withdrawn, the tribunal held that the matter had become devoid of object and ordered the case struck from the docket. It further decided that no fees or costs would be levied.
