sedente per statuire sull’istanza 18/19.3.2004 presentata da
IS 1 ,
tendente ad ottenere l’autorizzazione di poter ispezionare le sentenze e le perizie psicologiche e psichiatriche relative a reati di natura patrimoniale;
che con osservazioni 29/30.3.2004, 30.3/1.4.2004 e 5.4.2004 il Tribunale penale cantonale, la Corte di cassazione e di revisione penale ed il Ministero pubblico hanno formulato il loro preavviso negativo in relazione all’istanza 18/19.3.2004;
che in data 21.9.2004 il progetto di decisione era pronto per l’intimazione, previa produzione della dichiarazione attestante l’ammissione dell’istante quale dottorando presso la LUDES (cfr., al proposito, progetto di decisione dell’inc. __________ e scheda d’approvazione firmata dai giudici agli atti), come del resto a lui noto;
che la produzione di questa attestazione è stata sollecitata più volte dalla Camera dei ricorsi penali sia telefonicamente, sia con scritto 5.10.2004 (cfr. scritto 5.10.2004);
che con scritto 12/15.11.2004 l’avv. __________ IS 1 ha comunicato a questa Camera di voler annullare la sua istanza 18/19.3.2004;
che di conseguenza il procedimento può essere stralciato dai ruoli, caricando la tassa di giustizia e le spese all’istante, che le ha occasionate;
visti gli art. 27 CPP e 39 lit. f LTG e ogni altra norma applicabile,
