preso atto che l'11 ottobre 2004 il patrocinatore della ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
La tassa di giustizia di fr. 200.- è a carico della ricorrente.
