Zusammenfassung

The appellants challenged the State Council decision upholding the municipality's refusal of a permit for a retaining wall and related external works. Before the appeal was served on the other parties, their lawyer notified the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The president of the Cantonal Administrative Court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no court fees, expenses, or party compensation be charged.

preso atto che con comunicazione 9 novembre 2000 il patrocinatore dei ricorrenti ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;

ritenuto che il ricorso 9 novembre 1999 non è stato intimato alle parti, per cui non si giustifica la corresponsione di ripetibili ai resistenti;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.

Non si assegnano ripetibili.
