Contro
la decisione 28 settembre 1999, no 3991, del Consiglio di Stato con la quale ha disdetto il rapporto di lavoro con l'insorgente per il 31 marzo 2000;
rilevato che dopo aver sentito informalmente le parti, valutate le risultanze dell'istruttoria, il Giudice Delegato ha sottoposto alle parti la seguente transazione:
"1. Il dispositivo n. 2 della risoluzione 28 settembre 1999 del Consiglio di Stato è completato come segue:
"2. … invariato ...
a) invariato
b) invariato
c) un'indennità pari a due mensilità di stipendio".
preso atto che il Consiglio di Stato e il ricorrente, hanno aderito alla proposta transattiva di cui sopra;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito,
decreta:
§ La decisione 28 settembre 1999, no 3991, del Consiglio di Stato è modificata di conseguenza.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
