The appellant challenged a State Council decision refusing admission to the second phase of a selection procedure for failure to submit the documents required by the tender. Before the administrative court, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 22 June 1999. The court therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be levied.
Withdrawal of the appeal renders the proceedings moot and leads to striking the case from the docket; in such circumstances the court may close the case without levying court fees or expenses.

la decisione 9 giugno 1999, no. 2503, del Consiglio di Stato, che non ammette l'insorgente alla seconda fase della procedura selettiva poiché la stessa non ha trasmesso la documentazione prevista nel bando di concorso, in particolare gli atti ufficiali previsti quale motivo di esclusione dal CIAP;
preso atto che in data 22 giugno 1999 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
