Zusammenfassung

The appellant challenged the State Council’s decision declaring inadmissible a request to reconsider the refusal to ratify CHF 15,565 for the purchase of land intended for a short-range shooting range. Before the administrative court could decide the merits, the appellant informed the court on 1999-05-16 that the appeal was withdrawn. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or costs be collected.

la decisione 4 maggio 1999, no. 1914, del Consiglio di Stato che dichiara inammissibile l'istanza di riesame 5 settembre 1998 dell'insorgente interposta contro la risoluzione 5 agosto 1998, no. 3564, del Consiglio di Stato con la quale confermava la decisione 22 giugno 1998 del Dipartimento delle istituzioni relativa alla mancata ratifica di un credito di fr. 15'565.-- per l'acquisto di un sedime da adibire a poligono di tiro a corta distanza;

preso atto che in data 16 maggio 1999 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
