Zusammenfassung

The Administrative Court of Ticino dealt with an appeal against the State Council's decision confirming the municipality's refusal of a building permit for renovation outside the building zone. Before the court decided on the merits, the appellants withdrew the appeal through their representative. The court therefore declared the proceedings exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be levied.

la decisione 11 febbraio 1998, no. 565, del Consiglio di Stato che respinge l'impugnativa presentata dagli insorgenti avverso la risoluzione 23 luglio 1997 del municipio di __________, con la quale veniva negata la licenza edilizia per la riattazione del fabbricato al mappale no. __________ RF di __________, situato all'esterno della zona edificabile;

preso atto che in data 28 settembre 1998 __________, per i ricorrenti, ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
