The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against the confirmation of a two-month driving licence revocation. After the appellant withdrew the appeal on 4 February 1999, the court held that the proceedings were exhausted and ordered the case struck from the docket. It further decided that no fees or costs would be charged.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal terminates the proceedings; the court strikes the case from the docket. Where the appeal is withdrawn before judgment, no court fees or expenses are levied, absent special circumstances. The order is limited to formal termination and costs (consid. 1-2).

la risoluzione 15 dicembre 1998, no. 5805, del Consiglio di Stato che ha confermato la decisione 12 novembre 1998 della Sezione della Circolazione, Camorino con la quale ha revocato all’insorgen-te la licenza di condurre per la durata di 2 mesi;
preso atto che in data 4 febbraio 1999 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
