The appellant challenged the Cantonal State Council’s decision confirming a municipal order to suspend works and submit a regularization building application. considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
